THE WISDOM COLLECTION Seven Biblical Disciplines

$59.99

THE WISDOM COLLECTION includes 7 biblical habits that transform your life.

Science now confirms what the bible revealed long ago.

Romans 12:2 says be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Start your day wisely because at the beginning of the day your mind is like clay and can be shaped by each intentional action.

Instead of rushing into the world of distraction with your phone, lay it down and pick up the Word of God.

First, position God who created you as your first love.

1.  WAKE with a THANKFUL HEART – GRATITUDE

Let the first breath you take be a thank you. It is evidence of grace.

Lamentations 3:23 His mercies are new every morning

In the God Shaped Brain, by Timothy Jennings, MD, neuroscience now shows that gratitude rewires the brain because it was created to do so. Each “thank you” releases dopamine and serotonin, chemicals of joy and peace that strengthen pathways of Hope and weaken pathways of fear. God knows what He is doing. Your brain can be filled with abundance instead of anxiety.

2.        BE STILL in SILENCE

Psalm 46:10 says “Be still and know that I am God.”

Stillness is the canvas upon which heaven paints.

Neuroscience shows that stillness calms the amygdala, the brain’s fear centre, and awakens the prefrontal cortex, the region for clarity, focus and peace. It resets your nervous system and attunes your heart to the Lord’s instruction. God knows what He is doing.

Breathe. Your thought will settle like dust in sunlight.

3.        EAT of the LIVING WORD of GOD

Just as your body thirsts for water, your spirit thirsts for Truth. In Matthew 4:4 Jesus said “Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.”

When you feed on scripture in the MORNING, you are rewiring your brain.

The Word of God reshapes your thought patterns through neuroplasticity (your brain’s ability to change). Fear circuits weaken, Faith circuits strengthen, and new pathways of peace are carved into your mind.

Every verse you read is a seed planted.

Every promise from God you whisper is a fire kindled.

Every truth you meditate on becomes a shield for the day ahead.

When the light of scripture meets the light of the morning the Holy Spirit of God awakens within you and transformation begins for that day.

4.        YOUR BODY is a TEMPLE of the HOLY SPIRIT. MOVE THE TEMPLE.

1 Corinthians 6:19 says “Did you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit?”

Stretch, walk, breathe deeply. You awaken more than muscles. You awaken your mind and your spirit which expresses life. Movement increases blood flow and releases a protein called neurotropic factor. This protein strengthens neuro-connections and boosts learning and memory. By moving, it communicates to the Lord, I am ready for the day YOU have made. God knows what He is doing.

5.        SPEAK LIFE

Proverbs 18:21 says ”Life and death are in the power of the tongue”. Words are architects. When you speak, you activate your brain’s reticular activating system, the filter that decides what to notice and pursue. If you declare fear, your brain looks for danger. If you declare faith, your brain looks for opportunity. So, speak a blessing over your days and over those around you found in Numbers 6: 26. God knows what He is doing.

Today I walk in the favour of the Lord. Today I walk in the wisdom of the Lord. Today I am strong in the Lord. Every faith-filled declaration becomes a neurological command. When your word aligns with God’s Truth, life follows the path you proclaim.

6.        PRAY

Tune your spirit to God’s frequency. Before the world gets noisy, and you pick up the phone that will attempt to distract you and steal your joy, attune your heart to heaven. Look at Jesus:

Mark 1:35 “Jesus awoke early to pray.” Prayer prepares your mind to lead and your heart to love. Science now shows that consistent prayer and meditation strengthen the anterior cingulate cortex, the area of the brain responsible for attention, compassion and emotional balance. Prayer heals your thought life. in Luke 22:42 Jesus prays in the garden “Not my will, Father, if you are willing to take this cup from me; yet not my will but yours be done.” God knows what He is doing.

7.        WALK BY FAITH

2 Corinthians 5:7 says “We walk by faith, not by sight.” The imagination is a tool to be used. When you imagine, you use the same neural circuits as when you physically act. Visualize with faith. Imagine your self as healed, whole and walking in purpose. See you family blessed, your community uplifted, your spirit filled with the peace of God. Proverbs 23:7 says “For so a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” God knows what He is doing.
